In 2014 Richard won the Cicero Grand Jury Prize for Best International Speechwriter of the Year, awarded by a panel of experts in Washington DC.
Richard is a guest lecturer at the London Business School, as the official specialist on communication and presentation techniques for business leaders.
Over the last decade Richard has worked with some of the most senior business leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and America. Clients include IBM, KPMG, Virgin, Microsoft, Barclays, Samsung, EE and the UK Parliament.
Richard's entry into corporate life came when he worked with the McLaren Formula 1 Team. For five years, he hosted over 1000 international meetings, with their most important clients from all over the world. During this time he studied what worked well when communicating, and just as importantly, what didn't work.
Richard's profile achieved a global status when he appeared on US Radio as the 'communications correspondent' during the 2008 Presidential Election race.
More recently, he has been featured on Sky TV, Channel 5 News, BBC Radio, Heart FM as well as in Forbes magazine and the Daily Telegraph.
He was chosen by 20th Century Fox and Warner Brothers to promote two TV shows based on body language, in media interviews across the UK.
He is the author of the book 'The It Factor'.
