Mark Cox was born in the sleepy village of Springboig in 1972. For those of you not familiar with the second city, Springboig sits proudly between picturesque Carntyne and the spa town of Easterhouse in Glasgow's East End.
After attending Queen Margaret College in Edinburgh for three years, Mark embarked on the career that would take him to village halls all over the highlands, through to million pound grossing Pantomimes at the King's Theatre in Glasgow.

From writing and starring in the BBC phenomenon 'Chewin the Fat', the sketch show that took the nation by storm to playing tight fisted 'Tam Mullen' in the Bafta winning sitcom 'Still Game'. Scotland's most watched TV show Ever-
Pairing up with Friend and Still Game cast member Jane Mccarry ( Old Isa). They have worked alongside each other on many Hosting jobs and Burns Suppers over last 5 years. From The homecoming Burns supper At Mossgiel farm Mauchline through to more recently, where Mark And Jane were guest speakers at the St Andrews society Burns Supper in Abu Dhabi at the British Embassy.
Knowing each other as well as they do, Mark and Jane can bring something very special to an evening.
They have brought a wee bit of "Tam and Isa" to clients that include: Diageo, Weirs pumps, Glasgow Herald, Spina bifida Scotland, Yorkhill Childrens Hospital.....to name but a few.
