Steve Griffiths is Director of UK and European Operations for TomorrowToday.biz.
After reading History, Politics and Business Studies at college, Steve spent five years in the UK retail sector developing training programmes within HR. Thereafter, he gained degrees in Education and Theology and a PhD in history.
In addition to operating as lecturer and consultant to Cambridge University and many other UK organisations, Steve has addressed audiences across mainland Europe, India, South Africa and the US in both the public and private sector. He has a passion for understanding emerging culture and his expertise in converting this understanding into real value for his clients has been recognised across the world.
A member of the Professional Speakers Association, Steve has a profound gift of communication and specialises in making complex ideas easily accessible, applicable and userfriendly. His presentations inspire companies to see people as their most valuable asset
and provide fresh perspectives on the importance of attracting, recruiting, retaining and motivating for competitive advantage.
Steve was the founding CEO of Youth Focus, a global company dedicated to providing quality resources for the training of youth workers. That pragmatic business experience strengthens his ability to work alongside other companies and organisations exploring how to thrive in a global connection economy. He is Chair of the International Association for the Study of Youth Ministry and founding Editor of the international Journal of
Youth and Theology. Steve is a best-selling author and has published numerous articles on topics as diverse as cultural studies, cultural history, spirituality, bereavement, customer relations and business leadership.
Steve is best known for being a Possibilities Thinker. He is a great motivator whose infectious enthusiasm and belief that anything is possible has had an immeasurable
impact across the world.
Steve is married to Jo and they have three children (Scott, Lee and Rebekah). He works from his homes near Cambridge, England, and Ballycastle, Northern Ireland. He owns a 24-track digital recording studio and can often be found with headphones on, moving to the beat of a drum that only he can hear! Very symbolic!
