Paul James Corrigan has appeared in various theatre shows such as the National Theatre of Scotland’s multi award winning show Black Watch, No Mean City, James and the Giant Peach (Citizen Theatre), Man Cub (Vanishing Piont) and many more.
Paul then went on to Chewin’ the Fat where he became a favourite with the Comedy Unit and went on to other TV hits such as Rab. C Nesbitt, Only an Excuse and Legit. It didn’t take long before he starred as randy soldier Adam Kenning, becoming a household favourite in the hit BBC comedy, Gary Tank Commander.
Paul James Corrigan then, and is now, Sheildinch’s lovelable ex-junkie rouge – Stevie Burns, in BBC River City. Taking on such a challenging role as an ex-addict and winning the hearts of the Scottish public.
Paul has a very inspiring story to tell, battling a stutter to peruse his acting career and how he refused to let it hold him back. Paul is such a talent to our screens and theatre world, "I’m a big believer in giving something back".
