Stuart Goldsmith is a comedian, speaker, host and actor who originally featured on Jason Manford’s “Show Me The Funny” after which he was nominated for a Chortle Best Breakthrough Act.
He is in constant demand as a club headliner and engaging compere and has performed solo shows at festivals internationally. He is also an experienced TV warm up having been a regular warm up for The Graham Norton Show.
Keynote speaking is not something you see on most comedian’s CVs but Stuart also has a superb motivational business keynote speech. His subjects are Resilience and Authenticity. He talks about his podcast and the 350 plus comedians he has interviewed over the last 10 years. Stuart discusses how comedians handle a bad night and why they get straight back up on stage. The podcast has had over 20 million downloads. Many of the comedians Stuart has featured have also went on to appear on TV and Theatre.

Stuart has been performing as a stand-up and has worked in clubs across the length and breadth of the UK. He is also a former street-performer (Scottish National Busking Champion and placed third in the World Busking Championships 2008), he did his first street-show aged sixteen, having learned to fire-breathe, fire juggle and walk on broken glass. He can also hammer a nail into his nose, eat glass and juggle chainsaws. Members of the public were likely to have seen him stripping to his underwear or walking a tightrope in the street in Edinburgh.
His writing credits include Radio 2’s Out To Lunch and BBC7’s Play & Record and also Witty & Twisted. He is also one half of the highly successful Kiosk of Champions who received critical acclaim at Edinburgh Festival.
