He is now regarded as one of Scotland's funniest after dinner speakers and appears regularly at corporate dinners, sales conferences and prestigious awards ceremonies, in theatres and hotels throughout the country. He also has released a successful video 'Andy Cameron- a bit south of the border'.

Andy first entered show business at the ripe age of 32 when he started working in clubs. He soon became a top club comedian. Andy's first breakthrough on television was in 1975 when he appeared on New Faces and made several appearances on top variety shows, such as 'Live at Her Majesty's' with Jimmy Tarbuck and 'Tarby and Friends' for ITV. Andy is never happier than when helping to raise money for children's charities and three close to his heart are Yorkhill Children's Hospital, St Vincent's School and the Variety Club of Great Britain.
